Policies

All services are subject to a price increase, based on the length, thickness, intricacy of style, time and additional product used. Please discuss any concerns prior to any services rendered. I will be happy to explain and address any questions you may have.

A credit card will be required to be kept on file in order to schedule any and all appointments.

All credit card transactions will be charged a 3.5% processing fee.

Consultations are required for all new guests, color corrections, extensions and weddings and special occasion styling. A non-refundable deposit will be required for these services. The deposit will be put towards the services received.

Beach Kissed Beauty does not offer refunds. However, I want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with your services, please notify me within one week of your appointment.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled service(s). If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours of your scheduled service(s), you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of all scheduled service(s). I reserve the right to refuse future appointments.

If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I will decide if any changes will need to be made in order to stay on time during your appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, will result in forfeitting your appointment and will result in a no call, no show. You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s). If you are habitually late, I reserve the right to refuse future appointments.

I have the right to refuse services to anyone behaving improperly, irratically, intoxicated, or if the state of your health may influence the effects of the service(s).

The safety of your children and pets is very important. Children and pets will not be premitted to accompany you to your appointment. If you arrive with a child, you will be asked to reschedule when you are able to find alternative care. If your arrangements change, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
